CANCELLATION

 You can withdraw the order within 24 hours after completing the order. The amount paid will be fully refunded to you through the same method you paid at no extra charges.  

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us at sales@yushuinc.com if you cancel the order. 
 

PAYMENT

We accept online only those orders which payment can be settled via the website www.yushuinc.com

We accept payments through the website www.yushuinc.com only customers, having billing and shipping addresses in the countries available for the selection on the website menu. If your country or territory is not listed please contact Customer Care service to check if other options are available. The Seller will accept an order only after the specific payment option is fully completed. 
 

RETURN POLICY

Returned items must comply with our returns policy: 

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. 

  • If an item has a Yushu Inc. security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position. 

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are at the customers expense. To request an exchange, email sales@yushuinc.com. All exchange requests will be subject to availability. 

If an item is damaged or defective, you can file a complaint with us. To process this, we would need: 

  • A brief description about how the damage/defect has arisen. 

  • 4-5 informative pictures, with a description, for documentation purposes. 

The defect must be clearly visible on at least one of the images. In addition, we would need complete photos of the product e.g. one from the front and one from the back. If the item is a shoe, we also require a picture of the sole. 

You can send the pictures via email to sales@yushuinc.com We kindly recommend you to use either ZIP, RAR or JPEG format when sending your pictures. Once we receive the photos, we will review your request as quickly as possible. You will receive feedback from us within a few days on how to proceed. 

We are unable to accept a reclamation for the following defects: 

  • Scuffed noses of shoes due to every day usage 

  • Damage to the heel of a shoe 

  • Damage due to incorrect or intense usage 

  • Increased perspiration 

  • Colour transfer (i.e. jeans colouring socks blue) 

  • Bobbling of the fabric 

  • Damage due to external factors, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals 

  • If the size of the shoes has been wrongly measured by the customer

     

DELIVERY 

We accept order online only for deliveries to addresses in the countries and territories that are listed in the selection menu of shipping addresses on the website www.yushuinc.com.  

All other deliveries are undertaken by priority postal parcel service / small packet, and may include courier delivery, and it takes usually 20-30 business days to deliver. 

If the ordered items is in stock, we ship it within 3 business days. 

If the item is to be manufactured, it will be shipped after it is manufactured. Manufacturing takes up to 20 days, however during campaigns it can take up to 30 days. 

Solely customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. 

Shall a customer miss the delivery, or a shipment of goods was not possible to deliver because of a customer fault, and a shipment was sent back to the Seller, the contract is to be considered rescinded, and the Seller will refund to a customer full purchase price of goods less a charged to a customer delivery charge, and any direct costs, associated with shipping back, incl. customs clearance costs, to the customer’s original payment method within 14 days after receiving a shipment back.


 

REFUND

i. If you withdraw from this contract within 24 hours upon confirmation of the purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. 

ii.  If the shoes are not delivered within 40 days upon the date of the purchase confirmation, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay.  
 

RETURNS 

You are entitled to return the shoes delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within 14 days after delivery of the shoes. You are carrying the shipping costs. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price will be refunded. No returns are possible in cases listed in the "Return Policy".  
 

DUTIES & TAXES 

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. 

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Yushu Incorporation does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. 

For orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to Yushu Incorporated for a refund.
